I’ll keep this one short and sweet…because frankly, it needs no embellishment.
Curtain opens. My husband stands at center stage. Our four-year-old son enters stage left…
Son: “Daddy, tomorrow you are going to make a very wise choice.”
Father: “Oh really? What will that be?”
Son: “You will choose to be VERY quiet.”
Father: “Oh, yes…I make that choice every day.”
Son: “Well…Today you didn’t.”
I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried.
